Elijah Wood h Magazine’s September Cover

h Magazine is excited to announce Elijah Wood as the fall cover, on sale September 1. Elijah stars in the highly anticipated new aminted sci-fi adventure “9″ produced by Tim Burton.
The movie is voiced by Elijah Wood and Jennifer Connelly, and is Focus Features first animated film. Based on Shane Acker’s short of the same name, ”9″ is produced by Timur Bekmambetov, Jim Lemley and Dana Ginsburg.
Wood discussed his character, named “9,” in a panel discussion at comic con with Burton and Connelly:
He is the innocent coming into a world in which he faced with a quest. In 9, there is so much he has to figure out. He throws a wrench into a society that is already established. It’s a fear-based hierarchy. He comes into the world innocent, wanting to understand who he is. What are these machines? How do we get to the bottom of things? He asks the questions everyone is afraid to.
The film opens on 9/909.
The cover was shot in Los Angeles by photographer Robert Todd Williamson at Milk Studios, and the shoot puts Elijah in the wasteland of the Salton Sea.

Ooo Weee! Elijah looks fantastic!
I really want to get my hands on this issue, but where on God’s green earth is this magazine? No luck in my city so I checked cities larger than mine like The Big Apple and Hollyweird and it comes up “Sorry. No results???”

its cheap and supports the mag… or ask your local barnes and noble if they carry h..If your in the south or east coast they are at Hastings and Book-A-Million…
Elijah comes out in Sept 1 so not on news stands quite yet.

hey, sorry if i’m being dumb, but i don’t see a way to contact anyone at the mag itself (the email function on the site didn’t work when i tried). i subscribed to this mag about a month ago (and only because I want this Sept issue) but have yet to receive it. How long before I should actually have it? Admin? Anyone?
